Came first thing in the morning (8am) as my vehicle IU device suddenly stopped working. Accidentally drove past the Uncle’s “booth” as it was full of boxes, but he repaired within 5mins. Payment is in the office afterwards via NETS.

IU unit installation - for malaysia motorbike need to bring Grant (Soft copy also ok) Total cost for new IU unit is sgd 172 I reach there at 9am on saturday Within 1 hour, all done. Good job!

Pls also refer to my experience at VICOM Bukit Batok a day before, to know why I gave JIC a 5-star - Hassle free, no queue on a Friday morning 845am. Hot morning but very pleasant experience. By 905am I am done.

MONDAY - FRIDAY 8:00 am - 5:30 pm SATURDAY 8:00 am - 5:00 pm all inspection services (including private car inspection) and renewal of road tax at our counter is now available. SUNDAY AND PUBLIC HOLIDAYS CLOSED

The motorcycle Chinese uncle attitude very bad. When I reached there I ask to deregister iu, he said to wait due to motorcycle. Then till my turn, he only say can not, transfer iu need to do one shot. I waited there for 1.5 HR for my turn, then only tell this can not. Really bad. Why not he not tell at 1st place..the way he speak also very arrogant.

Motorcycle inspection very slow even though only 2 bikes before me. Arrived at 1.30pm, only 4pm then my inspection finished. Not sure why the old uncle Chinese inspector walk around like headless chicken. Waste time. Judgey also. Not coming back again.

Installed IU on my Malaysian motorcycle here. Costs 172sgd. Came at 8 am, no other motorcycle come yet. The guy who Installed the IU is nice and friendly. Took around 35 minutes for the whole process.
